🍳 材料:沙尖鱼、盐、姜丝、胡椒粉
🔥 做法:

  • 鱼解冻洗净,用纸巾吸干水分

  • 撒盐和胡椒粉腌10分钟

  • 热锅少油,两面煎至金黄,鱼皮酥脆,鱼肉鲜嫩!

    🧂 材料:沙尖鱼、椒盐粉、面粉、油
    🍤 做法:

    • 鱼洗净沥干,轻裹一层面粉

    • 热油炸至金黄酥脆

    • 撒上椒盐粉,超下饭的小吃风味!
